Proposals & Engagements
starting at $300
While most wedding packages come with an engagement session, we do offer engagement sessions separately as well.
Engagement sessions will be based on a half hour or full hour time frame.
Portraits
starting at $325
Haley Katherine Photography, LLC offers a wide variety of lifestyle, journalistic portrait sessions. Portrait sessions include but are not limited to families, couples, seniors, fashion, kids, babies, expecting mothers and pets.

How does the process work?
1. INQUIRE
To inquire about a wedding date or a photo session, you can either click the "Book Your Date" button at the bottom of the page or you can click on "Contact" in the menu bar at the top of the page. Please feel free to send me an inquiry anytime. I can't wait to speak with you!
2. Sign Contract
Once you confirm you want to book with me, I will send you over a contract and an invoice for the retainer. The retainer will be 1/4th of the the total wedding or session package and is required to reserve you date and time. Once the contract is signed and the invoice is paid you will officially be on my schedule!
3. The Big Day
My team will arrive on site at before your desired time to scope out the area and find the best spots to take your photos. If this is for a wedding, I will have a detailed timeline prepared for the day and will communicate with you throughout the day to help you stay on schedule. If any changes need to be made to the schedule the day of, I will be flexible and work around your needs.
4. Photos & Prints
Once the session or wedding is over, I will head home and get to work on your image. A preview will be shared to social media within 48 hours. I will have them completely edited within a 10 week turnaround period and will deliver them to you through an online gallery. If for a wedding, you will also receive a custom USB with all edited images. I offer different photo products such as prints, albums and canvases. If this is something you're interested in, just let me know and I will send you more information on any products.
How long does it take to get our photos delivered?
Processing time can vary depending on the season. Spring and Fall tend to be busier while Summer and Winter are slower. Standard processing time is approximately 10 weeks and should not take longer than this.
Do you charge travel fees?
For full service wedding packages, I do not charge travel fees for venues within a 6 hours radius of zip code 37821. For venues over 6 hours away, there is a reduced travel fee. For elopement packages, there is no travel fee for locations within a 2 hour radius of zip code 37821. For locations over 2 hours away, there will be a reduced travel fee. All venues or locations that would require me to fly to will require a travel fee.
How many photographers do we get?
All full services wedding packages come with two (2) photographers, myself and my second shooter. For smaller elopement packages it will be myself and my assistant.
